大手百貨店で外資系高級ブランドショップにて接客販売に携わる。その後専門商社にて営業事務、役員秘書を経て、国際電話会社で法人営業、外国人スタッフ管理などでマネジャー職を経験。のちに人材派遣会社でコーディネーターに従事の傍ら、リーダーとしてキャリアカウンセリング業務をはじめ、登録スタッフへの研修も行う。現在は豊富な実務経験を活かし、現場感覚に基づいた各種研修を行っている。
